Preparation Summary:

First we dug out the original patio slabs and part of the lawn and removed the old weathered fencing.
We erected new concrete posts and concrete gravel boards in preparation of the new fencing installation.
Then we laid down new type 1 hardcore base and compacted it down. Afterwards we laid the patio in a 90° pattern using Charcoal paving bricks. We also installed two new steps at the patio doors.
To finish the job we hung the new wooden fencing in between the new sturdy concrete posts.
