Patio installation on a new build house in Frenchay, Bristol. Existing surface was graded down. Type 1 sub base installed which was vibrate compacted to a solid finish. Membrane sheeting was laid over entire area to inhibit weed growth. River washed sand was installed over the area which we screed to the required water flow levels set to drain to Aco drains installed.
Paving was installed in a 90 degree herringbone pattern. Kiln dried sand was brushed into before we vibrate compacted the patio area to a solid finish.
